【偶.遇 Lost and Found】
小女孩心愛的娃娃壞掉了，她四處尋找能夠修復它的店家，最後來到工匠的店，依舊無法修好它。看著失落的女孩，工匠想到了一個辦法，他找出一個未完成的娃娃並開始製作，過程中工匠想起從前與爸爸的回憶，最後娃娃完成，也成為了小女孩另一個新朋友。
A girl tried to find someone to repair her broken doll.She ended up at a workshop owned by a craftsman.
Even though the craftsman couldn't help with the damage repair of the original doll,he took out an half-way-done one and finished the work.This brought up many memories of his childhood when he used to create crafts with his father.
In the end,the craftsman kindly gave the doll to the girl.She was very greatful and had a new doll friend again.

My explanation: The doll that was exchanged with the doll that the makers father died making and so after years of being neglected because of bad memories or whatever the maker decided to fix it up and use it for the exchange. every one is saying that the ending scean were the doll looks at the girl is meaning that the doll is gonna kill her of is evil or something but i think that the doll was giving its last look to the previous owner to its new owner who of course gave it much more attention and treated it better then just being but in the corner or out of sight. although i do have the creeping suspicion that the doll killed that father somehow but never killed the son because it was never with him long enough but it looked at the girl thinking that this time it would be able to kill her since she obviously needed a doll to cherish and look after but idk.

my explanation: the old doll was broken and, insted of be "fixed", was exchanged, like if she was onli an object, the new doll was happy, and the old.... became more broken than before. being displayed like an useless object that nobody whants.

Finally after years I found this.
So here's my explanation of the ending:) When this girl gave her doll to the maker , he said would you like to "exchange" it with me so he wasn't intending to give her the original one . The girl too agreed. So he gathered some antique doll which didn't had an eye and then comes the flashback of his past where it is seen that this doll was probably given to his father to repair but it didn't happened cause he died before he could finish it . ( I think he probably died becuz of the curse of the doll). After his father died probably many unfortunate events might have took place in that house and that doll was tucked away in that box but then the makers' son must have been aware of the curses of the doll and took over the unfinished job of his father so as to get rid of it and now he gave the doll a new life and gave that cursed doll to the girl and now the doll's curse is passed to that girl who is the owner. The ending where the broken dolls were kept with that girls' doll was indeed confusing . I think he job is not to make dolls but to exchange them with other antique dolls or he might be the one who is casting evil spells on those dolls he make for exchange or who knows he might have a collection of distorted antique dolls of cursed😂. Sorry for the long post

2nd edit : This is my guess, the man didn’t repair the broken one. Remember how his father die when he make the doll? In 4:08 , the doll is actually haunted and made his father died. Instead of keeping it, that’s why he want to make an exchange. So in the end, he exchanges the broken doll with the new doll which is haunted. I’m still confused about the story though.
Well yes, you are correct about the doll being haunted. My take on it is perhaps he somehow uses the doll to make the girls he gives it to into broken dolls to be lost and then found again by the next victim. And because he is, in a way, working with the doll, the doll won't kill him until it has found it no longer needs him. Of course typing it out made me realize how awful I've made the man seem, calling him a murderer and all, but that's my take on the video.

It's an assumption but that's kinda what it looks like in the video. He was working on that same doll and when the father was going to finish her other eye, something happened and he was killed. Most of us just assumed that the doll caused the father's death, be it from something falling on top of him or something else, it appears that the doll most likely killed him.

So this what I think what happen
The Dad of the boy made a doll, but then somehow the doll was haunted or something, his dad died, so then a few years later, that boy fixed the doll, he gave the doll's eye back, and clothed it, then he gave it to the girl, I think the doll is going to kill her, sorry I'm not good at explaining lol

So basically my understanding of the story is the little girl wanted to get her doll fixed but no body could until she was pointed in the direction of the doll fixer/exchanger. But I'm guessing the doll was to badly damaged and the doll fixer asked if the little girl wanted to exchange it. You can see her hesitate for a moment before actually agreeing to make the exchange. And now with the doll fixers story, this is my guess. When he was younger his father created a doll for him to complete on his own, but when a sudden accident took the father's life. The mournful son left the doll unfinished (and if you have my beliefs everything has a soul and feelings) and over time the doll grew upset and hatful to those who would abandon or leave behind unfinished or broken dolls. (This is my theory for all the dolls on the shelves.) So let's say this wasn't the first time the doll fixer made the other eye to exchange the doll. And once the doll knew what was happening the doll used her negative feeling to turn the new owners into broken or damaged dolls before falling back into its unfinished state. And I'm pretty sure the doll fixer made a demented deal with the doll at some point. And once again the doll fixer finished painting the other eye so he could exchange the cursed doll and add to his collection of broken/damaged dolls.

Commenting in 2018 after reading the comments.
I don't like dolls coz they scare the heck out of me but I interpreted this a lot lot different from most of the comments. I don't think the doll is haunted or have killed and is gonna kill someone. A doll is a doll. This ain't a scary video.
This isn't really the story of the little girl showed in the beginning and the end. It's the dollmaker's story. When he saw the broken doll of the girl, he remembered the unfinished doll that his father made before he died. The son is now an adult and took over his father's shop. All those years, he never tried finishing that last doll because it brings up painful memories. Notice that the dollmaker always has a frown on his face which may mean that he didn't grew up happily because his father was gone when he was very young. Still, for the sake of the little girl, he fixed up the doll from his memories. The original doll of the girl is a hopeless case. Remember that she had been turned down by a lot of other shops before she came to the dollmaker?
The dollmaker decided to move on from his father's death and fix the doll to help someone become happy. The doll's eyes moving might just be a symbolism or maybe it's the kind that opens, closes and moves its eyes when being moved. I remember my sister having a doll like that once. The doll opens its eyes when standing and sitting upright. It closes when it is on its back. It rolls to the side when moved sidewards like what happened when the girl hugged it. You know those old dolls with shiny googly eyes that moves? One evidence of this is that the original doll's eyes were closed when the girl handed it to the dollmaker. The original broken doll and the unfinished doll are of the same kind.
This is supposed to be a touching story, not a scary one. That didn't stop me from having goosebumps at the end though. Augh, I hate dolls.

Actually, at 4:09 : why is her eyes were moving at the opposite direction of gravity , and the dolls that eyes are open and close work due to gravity, but this doll doesn't .but I assume that the Doll was maybe were made by an Dark Magic woods and dark magic is real. Or it's just a newborn spirits that were inside the Doll that she had a new master and were happy.( Disney Toy Story has a good example of it.)

I would like to think that the reason that the doll's other eye moved at the end was not because it is a killer doll, but an guardian doll that does the exact opposite. it was taking it's last glance at it's savior before resuming it's protecting duty.

Father grabbed paints, and something happened, so his son died. and now he tries to make this doll that beautiful as he cans. he finishes renting of this doll. the girl is so happy ....as I understood the doll comes alive.
